SCOPE OF SERVICES
- M Sentiment will provide giveaway services based on clients chosen giveaway and quantity.
- Giveaway can be customize based on clients requirement and prices may change.
- Client must submit the customization request minimum 1- 2 months earlier.
- Client must submit high resolution artwork in PDF, CAD and illustrator with full details of requirement for customization such as color, type of material etc.
- Client will be provided samples for every customize giveaways for approval but with limit of maximum of 3 sampling only.
- M.Sentiment logo must be in every customized giveaways.
- M.Sentiment will provide customization based on the following work: Name & Initials Screen Printing, UV Printing, Embossed, Debossed, Outer box & Inner box, Paper Bag, PU & Paper, Gift Tags, Ribbon, Box Sleeves
- Any changes client requests after approving the final sample will not be entertain.
PAYMENT METHOD
- Full payment to be transferred in advance to M. Sentiment as a confirmation before the occasion (1- 2 months) earlier.
- No refund after confirmation.
- All Prices are inclusive of 5% VAT.
SHIPPING POLICY
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Shipping fee of AED _ shall be added to your cart upon check-out. Orders outside Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman will be charged AED _ . Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large heavy items.
Items are shipped via a second party courier and arrive 2 to 4 business days in the UAE.

* Return of unwanted items is at our discretion and we will only consider returns on goods that unopened, in original condition packaging and payment proof required.
