Sentiment piece is made with the highest level of craftsmanship, with every bottle made of original crystal. We use natural rattan sticks to ensure the oil absorbs and diffuses our fragrances efficiently. We focus on the details of our products, by collaborating with some of the leading companies in the perfume industry to create unique concepts, presenting ourselves as a high-end perfumery brand.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Items are shipped via a second party courier and arrive 2 to 4 business days in the UAE.
We regret to inform that if you wish to place order and request for delivery in other countries, we will not be able to process the request as this time.

* This policy is only applicable to purchases made online via the Website. We are unable to process returns for purchases made in-store.
* Return and Exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase except Diffusers and Travel Set. We are unable to process your refund until we receive the product back.
* Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened.
* Return of unwanted items is at our discretion and we will only consider returns on goods that unopened, in original condition packaging and payment proof required.
